Friday Night Dinner

Dinner tonight was great. Another new recipe that we made to our personal liking.





Here's our recipe:
Tomato Basil Soup
1 Zucchini
1/2 Bell Pepper (whatever color you have)
1/2 Avacado
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Cup tightly packed Spinach
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
2 tsp Unpasteurized Miso
1 Tbs Soy Sauce (Nama Soya)
1 Tbs Bragg's Amino Acids
1-1/2 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Salt
Fresh Cilantro for garnish
Save some tomato chuncks and avacado for garnish also.
Note: For spicy recipe add 1 fresh jalapeno to blender and sprinkle of Garlic chili paste to garnish.
Our raw garlic chili paste will be posted soon (we're working on a better recipe)

Place everything in the blender starting with the peper and zucchini. Blend until smooth. Garnish with sprinkle of chili cilanto, avacado, fresh ground pepper and mild chili powder.
Serves 3.
