"No Bologna" Bologna sandwiches

We made the PERFECT  "No Bologna" Bologna sandwiches!
I may try a couple things later on, but I have to share this EASY meal idea....

Here's the recipe, for each sandwich:
2 Slices of Organic Sprouted Bread (no, not raw. Substitute with raw if you can)
Spread Smoked Hummus (whatever flavor you have is fined, if you're making your own ad some smoked chipolte peppers or some good paprika) - this is the secret to the Bologna taste. It's in the smokey, paprika!
3 or 4  - 1/8" thick slices of Zucchini
Several thin slices of Red Bell pepper

Now put your toppings on just like you would any old Bologna sandwich that you used to love. (Well, I used to love anyway. I have to admit, my love affair with processed meats goes way back! I took a Bologna sandwich to school EVERY DAY of the 5th grade .

Suggestions:
a couple leaves of any kind of green or some sprouts (use whatever you've got in the fridge)
Slices of Tomatoes
Veganaise Mayo spread (We like the grapeseed kind)
Mustard (we like spicy)
Jalapenos
