Today was another milestone. I've been weighing myself on our Wii console to watch my progress (figured it would be easiest for my busy lifestyle) I've lost 10 pounds since I started this diet! WOW! I knew I needed to loose weight, but never realized it could be this easy! I haven't lost a lot of inches, that I see. Damon says I have, but I can't tell too much.It's been 7 weeks, no starving, no eating the same thing for weeks and getting bored with food.
I can't tell you enough how great I feel. It makes it all the easier to continue to eat good. My moto: "If it's not good for your body, why waste the time eating it?"
Go see Food Inc. asap. Of course I live in a rural community, so it will be awhile before it comes to Garberville. But I will be there!
Speaking of theatres, our Garberville Theatre ROCKS!!! The popcorn is Organic, you have a choice of how much or no butter, and the sprinkles, wow. I was impressed. It had been a long time since I had gone, mostly becuase I don't have much time, and going back to town after going home is not always convenient.
Anyway, go to the theatre, even if your raw, again 90% has been easy! and very rewarding.
