Our raw dinner is never boring. We are just getting some lettuce from our garden, everything is a little slow, but I'm not worried, we'll be eating out of the garden late into the year. It's great shopping at the market now, I just hang out in the fruit and veggie isle and leave! I've been pretty good at getting basics left in the fridge at all times. We are making our own sprouts, they are easier than you think. I'll post about those soon.

The wraps were made of "stuff we found in the fridge". Avocado, beets, red bell pepper, sprouts, and of course lettuce. Damon made a special dipping sauce. I think it was, Nama Soya and vinegar with some sesame seeds and red pepper flakes on top. All I know is, these were great!
