We were very fortunate to watch our neighbor process his hive this weekend. Andre made his first batch of his Humble Honey. It was hot, (notice the room temperature) and delicious! Here are some photos.




The raw honey needs to come out of the combs. Placed in the machine below, he hand spun the honey out.








Yes, Andre was very satisfied. We all got a jar of the fresh honey.
