Portobellos and Asparagus
This recipe was easy and wonderful. Found it in one of our many raw recipe books.
Marinate the Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in some Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, fresh Garlic and spices (whatever flavor you like).
Dehydrate for 1 hour or more on 110 degrees. You may need to dehydrate longer if it's moist out.
We served with a green salad, topped with some beet chips we had made previously.
The dip was some creamy something. Use your favorite dressing. Anything goes! I just loved this photo! (and of course the meal was awesome too!)

Happy Rawing! (you can't say cooking if it's raw can you?)
