Green smoothie for breakfast

Getting back into the swing of things again. I made this green smoothie for breakfast this morning.

3/4 Granny smith apple (It was left over from last night's dinner, you could use a whole one)
1 Mango
Approx 1-1/2 C Filtered Water
5 small Kale leaves (Fresh from our garden!)
1 tsp Organic Honey (thank you again Andre!)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of salt (optional, Himalayan sea salt brings out flavors)

It was GREEN!! It was wonderful and sweet, and went down easy!
