Scrambled Not-Eggs, Raw recipe

This was dinner tonight. We have lots of extras so I plan on having it again for breakfast burritos and possibly egg salad sandwiches. It tasted great! We served it on some left over salad and an organic tomato we got from the farmer's market.



Scrambled NOT-Eggs

Ingredients:

½ C dry Sunflower seeds (best if soaked and then dehydrated)

1 C dry Brazil nuts or Almonds (best if soaked and then dehydrated)

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Powdered Kelp (optional)

1 tsp Turmeric

½ C filtered Water (use more if necessary)

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth but not creamy.

 The best advise I can give is get the almonds and sunflower seeds ready the day before. I've learned to make large quantities of every meal for left overs. I reuse and re-purpose most meals.
