Our raw kitchen
I never imagined how my shopping habits would change eating this wonderful food. But I finally feel like I've got it. I only shop the outside perimeter of the super market, where all the fresh veggies and fruits are. Take a look next time you're in the market. All the processed foods are in the middle. Of course there's the dairy that's always in the back. They do that so you have to walk all the way through the store to get your purchase. And hopefully you'll find something you don't need on your way there or back!
Our kitchen looks like a produce stand and home made pantry. So should yours. Here's full disclosure, I took these photos tonight.

Of course the selection we have changes daily. We used a Mango in our smoothie this morning. They are getting expensive, so I only purchase them once a week or so. We'll switch to the local seasonal fruits that are available.

Obviously this is all of our dry products, dehydrated products, and superfoods. We started putting our dried products in jars about a year ago. The baking soda and baking powder have been replaced with dried fruits, vanilla beans and popular spices.

Our refrigerator also shows the fresh produce that we purchase weekly. Celery and carrots need to be soaked in water to stay fresh. Lettuce and greens keep well wrapped in a moist towel. All of our nuts and seeds stay fresh when put in jars in the fridge. You can see the lack of packaged products. When the kids need a snack the only things they have to choose from are good wholesome snacks.
What's your fridge full of?
Here's a great site to see what other fridges are full of.... Fridge Photos. Hope your's is better than most of these.
