FoodTraining U is now open for business!
We are very proud to announce the completion of our first Raw food class!
We, Damon Siska and Toni Genaro put on a demonstration of wonderful raw food in the first ever FoodTraining U, Re-Learn food class.

We were very proud to introduce 5 eager participants a wonderful spread of raw Mexican dishes starting with Raw Margaritas (Tequila optional), Salsa, Guacamole, Raw Corn Chips, and raw "rice and bean" burritos. Finished off by Raw Chocolate mousse and Raw whipped "cream" topping.

We plan on continuing to spread the word about the wonderful benefits of the raw food lifestyle through the holidays and beyond!!
Local classes are available immediately for in home training and will be offered in a local meeting place after the holidays to encourage everyone to be healthy and happy everyday!
I think the best comment we heard was... "I thought it was all going to taste like cardboard... but it tastes great!"
Good food tastes good. Never expect anything less!!! Are your ready for raw?

i think the chocolate mousse was super awesome!!! my only problem was that it was a little too rich, but that only means u have 2 take smaller bites

i don't know how i missed this entry - WAY TO GO, guys!!! it looks like you two are on camera already, and glowing with good health...so when will you have your own T.V. program? i watched a "down home cookin'" type show just for giggles but almost got sick imagining the smells of fried chicken. People out there, if you are NOT a vegetarian, you likely think that I am elaborating; but once you train your body into "going off the grid" and stop frequenting fast food joints, it TELLS you what is unhealthy in many ways! My first book that steered me towards thinking in a new way was "Back To Eden." Sure, many chapters are outdated & much may sound outlandish today, but just imagine that title. Here are Damon & Toni, in my eyes the modern Adam & Eve, teaching others how food was before manmade stoves, additives, etc. So, grab yourself an apple to start...I promise there won't be any penalties!
