Interested in adding more raw food in your diet?
I have been discussing "raw food" with many people lately and I hear that they would like to incorporate more raw food into their diet but not totally give up meat.
I always suggest not to give up your favorite foods. Unless of course they are purely processed. What I do suggest is to add more fresh unprocessed foods. I found this graph online that can help anyone choose the a better option for all of our "favorites".
