Russell James, AWESOME raw food chef

I found a great site by raw food chef Russell James. He has beautiful photos and some awesome recipes!!
I don't usually do intense recipes, but the one that I did make from Russell's No Dehydrator Needed recipe book was excellent!!

The price of of the book was worth the one recipe that I made (the one on the front cover). Mushroom & broccoli curry with parsnip rice, spiced mango chutney & cucumber mint raita. Of course mine didn't look as good as his cover photo.... I didn't have the correct tools.... but I'm working on them . Having been a Pampered Chef Consultant in the past, I do love new gadgets!

At first Glance the recipe looked difficult with 4 separate parts to it. But the ingredients to each were very similar and that made it easier than imagined to complete.

You'll have to purchase the ebook to get this recipe! (9.99 in GPB was $16.38 in US dollars) I support raw chef's as much as possible. It's tremendously hard work to put out publications while you are continuing to teach, blog, write, and keep your inspiration up!!! I suggest we all do the same, then when WE write OUR raw recipe book hopefully everyone will support us in the same manner
What a great community the raw lifestyle hosts!

Which raw recipe book have you purchased lately? Or, which one is your favorite?
