To get or not to get the swine flu vaccine is a very touchy subject for most people. What I want to encourage everyone to do is research the pros and cons. The basic points we want to make are:
1) If you are thinking about giving it to your kids, are you getting it yourself?
2) Do you usually get or give your kids the flu shot? Note: Did you know that the "regular" flu kills more people a year than any other swine or bird flu virus EVER has?
3) You cannot undo it! Once the shot is given, if any side effects occur, there is no quick fix!

Just think about it. If your diet and nutrition are at high standards you shouldn't need these vaccines. Don't let poor eating habits be your excuse to accept this vaccine.

I will admit I was sick this week. I had a horrible sore throat, headache, aching body and fever all day on Sunday. So, I drank lots of fluids, ate lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and by Monday I only had a touch of sore throat. I could have had the flu, or swine flu for all I know, but I was not willing to give into the propaganda that is being fed to us about the need for a vaccination! (I only remember getting one flu shot in my life, and it gave me the flu, I obviously have never gotten another). My current illness: I now have a stuffy nose, but again, I know I will kick it by eating great food and staying hydrated.

Why would you want to subject yourself or your children to the possible side effects of this vaccine? And if you are going to give or get the vaccine regardless of what this article says, have you done your own research?
