What's for dinner?
Just like everyone else we do end up asking "what's for dinner?" Eating living unprocessed foods brings the same challenges in our household as it does in yours. We scour the fridge and find what we can combine to make tasty treats. Tonight we found the following foods in our fridge. Cauliflower mashed potatoes (I had made earlier in the week with no specific meal in mind), Fermented Kraut (we have been munching on all week), Zoom burgers, recipe by Cherie Soria (I had made approx 3 days earlier for general consumption), Sprouts (that Damon keeps going on a daily basis, we use them on almost every meal we eat) and organic avocado slices all served on a bed of fresh organic spinach.

It was a meal of "leftovers" and ended up being delicious. A meal of fresh unprocessed food. We don't eat and end up on the couch watching TV. We eat and DO. We do laundry, dishes, clean the house, post to the blog, organize our space, etc. This evening we made more fermented cabbage salads. We try to end at a decent hour, it's usually about 10:30 or 11 pm. Then we'll start a movie and try to be in bed by midnight. We are very active people, the food we eat helps us to continue our desired capacity to produce.
