Cancer can strike anyone.....

Elaina Love has been an inspiration to me since hearing about the raw food lifestyle. I have one of her cookbooks, watch her cooking videos on youtube.com, have seen her in person, and I have used several of her recipes on my blog. She is a wonderful person and an inspiring raw foodist. She exudes her last name every time I see her.

I had heard earlier this year that her 14 year old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. As I listened to Elaina explain that her son and ex-husband had opted for conventional treatments I could hear in her voice that she HAD to accept it, even though she herself would have opted for the "green" treatment instead. That had to be difficult, but she had hope.

The most recent development is that the conventional treatments did not work. Now Elaina has gotten her wishes for a green treatment at the Hippocrates Institute in Florida to attempt a 3 week raw diet to help her son. As with any treatment there are no promises. But with the knowledge of Brian Clement and his staff, I would say he's in the best hands possible.

My heart goes out to Elaina Love and her son Dominic.

Please help if you can with the expenses that are incurring for flights and treatments. Here is a link to her site for donations. Elaina Love donations Note: Most people in the raw food industry are not millionaires, they do it for love of life and to spread the word of a fresh living lifestyle, it's benefits and rewards.

Here's link to her blog: Elaina's Blog.  Please join me in sending heartfelt prayers her way.

I Believe that your son is in good hands now (Hipocrates) I was there recently for Thanksgiving they do a big feast on that day, it was just wonderful to see people connecting together, and eating good food, and I know at Hipocrates they din't treat you bu rather they CURE YOU.
So please keep smiling and stay strong for your son's empowerment.
